Treehouse by I'm from Barcelona	Let Me Introduce My Friends	Have had this for a while, but only had a chance to listen to in for the past 2 weeks. Absolutely LOVE it. Its as good as the hype. One word to describe the album would be 'carefree'. Feel good songs with tunes that will have you humming along!

Expectations by Original Soundtrack	Juno	Go get it NOW. Been rocking it since November and it grows on me everyday. Great movie with an awesome soundtrack.

Sun & Ice by The Field	From Here We Go Sublime	Swedish producer Axel Willner's full length debut is being heralded as the best album of the year

Honey Honey [Live] by Feist	The Reminder	Love her. I heard 1234 almost at the start of the year and that caught my interest.Ordered it & happy to say I was not left disappointed! :). The album is a masterpice. Great vocals, arranging and production values + the diversity of the tracks. All of them grab you and offer a different experience + it sounds as good as in the car or my ht sys or the pc & best of all on my walkman!. Would love to see her live though. (FYI: She's also part of 'Broken Social', hence the familiar vocals!

Always a fool by Kyau & Albert	Worldvibe	The long awaited album from the German duo is out & I'm happy to report it does not disappoint!. This one's gonna be a classic like Tri-State from Above and Beyond. I'm telling you so!

Neon Rocks by Calvin Harris	I Created Disco	Another produce of the MySpace generation...I doubt this album will make my top 10, but I do predict Calvin will be HUGE..The Music is simple, funky & easily likable. With 3 hits already, the album is a surefire Hit. TT: Colours, The Girls, Ac in 80's, Neon Rocks,Disco Heat, I Created Disco, Electro Man (<-brings back memories :)).

Hong Kong by Gorillaz	D-Sides (Deluxe Edition)	Great Album. Got the 2 disk version, plenty of rarities, demo's and b-sides on here that remind you of lp days. Pick it up!

Beautiful Burnout by Underworld	Oblivion with Bells (Includes bonus DVD)	I've always been a MASSIVE fan of Carl Hyde & Rick Smith (aka Underworld), so no surprise's that their latest is in this list. Unlike U.N.K.L.E's 'War Stories', 'Oblivion with Bells' does not dissapoint. Thier first full studio Album after the 02 wonder 'A Hundred Days Off' the new one has 11 tracks with more emphasis on instruments/organs and the traditional art of putting in the right mixes rather than the mordern trend of dirtortions,scratches & skeets. A sure winner!

Take Me On The Floor by The Veronicas	Hook Me Up	The Alt/Punk Rock girls from Auz are back & boy have I missed em. The girls have moved to LA & that shows quite a bit on alot of the tracks. Its like listening to 'Old' Avril with the lyrics of Kelly Clarkson, but make no mistake. The Veronicas have their own distinct style. From Untouched to another life, there is something here for everyone and everymood. Obviously breakups and feelings are the main theme, but unlike Kelly's My December the tracks dont sound spitefull. Great beat,pop-y lyrics. Great!

A Cause Des Garçons by Yelle	Pop Up	One of my frav artists of 07, not cause she's the best thing since cheese....but cause she has an abilty to annoy ppl more than the smell of Bree! :P

Tonight by Hard-Fi	Once Upon a Time In the West	The boys from Staines are back with a follow-up to their 05 smash "Stars of CCTV" & they do a good job too. The maturing of sound is evident right from the second track. (Suburban Knights, although a hit, sounds trademark hi-fi and something that you may have missed in CCTV). The album has a lot of good songs, not heavy on the ears and perfect for an evening listen. TT: "Tonight", "Television", "Watch me fall apart", "Help me please" (One of the more impressive tracks).

System by Simian Mobile Disco	Attack Decay Sustain Release	Great album with a lot of variety. Already hits such as "Tits & Acid", "Its the Beat", "Sleep Deprivation".... a lot of other potential, but more than singles, you'll probably hear em more as part of 'sets' rather than singles.

Hopeless by KT Tunstall	Drastic Fantastic (CD/DVD)	First off, if u like Fergie,Britney or co...yes, do commit suicide, but also stay away from this. This is good, mature music...something you wont understand. With that out of the way, the 32 yr old Scotswoman is back after her 2005 hit "Eye to the Telescope". Just like that one, "Drastic Fantastic" is a winner through and through. Kate demonstrates great range in the variety of songs & what impressed me as much as her voice was her ability on the music instruments & the composition of the tracks. B of 07!

Invasion by Eisley	Combinations	Someone put me onto these Texan siblings & wow. Im blown away. Indie Pop/Rock....and a disctinct bit of sprinkled Alt. ~~I was told to expect "Early days of Coldplay, Some Switchfoot & New Found Glory and a lot like Taking back Sunday"..thats a lot to live up right?. Well, I dunno why, but the album reminded me a lot of Imogen Heap..they sound Backwood yet accesible. Another album that im sure will be in ppl's fravs come year-end.

The Ghost Of You Lingers by Spoon	Ga Ga Ga Ga Ga (Limited Edition Bonus Disc)	My double disc copy just arrived & im absolutely LOVING it. 10 songs on the album while the bonus includes some Alt versions & B-Sides. ~~ TT: Dont Make Me a Target, The Ghost Of You Lingers, Cherry Bomb, Rhthm & Soul, Eddies Ragga, The Underdog (I Bet this sounds AH-MAZ-ZUNG LIVE), My Lil Jap....Great instrumental---I'll be surprised if this isnt in TOP 07 lists. Def a breakthrough record for spoon

I Want Your Soul by Armand Van Helden	Ghettoblaster	I grabbed this thinking "Hey!, dint Nympho just come out?". Well it came out in 05, but its so good. Ghettoblaster follows that trend. With hits such as "NYC Beat" & "I Want Your Soul", the album offers plenty of tracks that will have you shaking!. Check it ;)

Down Boy by Yeah Yeah Yeahs	Is Is [EP]	Brilliant EP of a brilliant Album. Get it

Filo And Peri by Various Artists	Godskitchen: Global Gathering 2007	Awsome album with some great mixes. Current hits & some great classics on 3 disks. Get it if you can find it.

Becoming Insane by Infected Mushroom	Vicious Delicious	Infected Mushroom. What more do u wanna know?? These guys are the best thing out of Israel since.....well, the Centrino processors I guess. Nuff bs, get every IM stuff u can get ure hands on. They rock!

Digitilsim In Cairo by Digitalism	Idealism	Lovely. One of the better albums that wont get as much recog as it should. Great tracks begining to end. This is what Electro should be!.

Temptation (Feat Alex Turner) by Dizzee Rascal	Maths & English	Comparing it to Boy inda Corner would be unfair. Dont. This one is brilliant on its own. Its AO so keep it outta kids reach. Like A Star by Corinne Bailey Rae	Corinne Bailey Rae (Dlx- 2CDs)	I Luv her!. Easily one of the best albums of the year. (Yes,it was oficially released late 06, but this edit came out 07)...From the start (Like a Star), to the end of disc 1 (Seasons Change)- Rae keeps you singing along to her beautiful voice. Dont get confused by the "POP" catog, its more Alt/Jazz, some of the tracks really remind me of the old Maroon5 jems. Disc2 has B-Sides & Rarities.

Conquest by The White Stripes	Icky Thump	The White siblings are back & they are as good as ever!. I absolutely love the album, its amazing they came up with this in just 4 months!. I wont write much as, if you have any sense, you'll rush out and grab it no matter what anyone else says!.---T.T: "Icky Thump", "Conquest", "St Andrew"," Little Cream Soda" <- Great thumps & riff's. Addictive."Rag & Bone"<-just when you thought there wont be any vocals by Meg, she ads some bg's. "A Martyr For My Love For You", "Catch Hell Blues" <-Simply Amazing.

Do Something Love by David Guetta	Pop Life	One of Frane's greatest exports, IMO. David's new album is his typical brillant self. Lots of great colabs & tracks that will rock everything from df's to parties to fashion shows! well into next summer.---T.T: "Baby when the lights(With Steve Angelo!)", "Love is gone" <- I prefer the club mix, but the original is pretty good too. "Tomorrow can wait", "Do Something love", "Your not alone" <- This girl has a wonderfull set of pipes!. "Always". + a handfull of remixes that i wont mention.

All Rights Reserved (Feat The Klaxons) by The Chemical Brothers	We Are the Night	Chemical Brothers are back & its business as usual. This one has everything. House/Alt/Trance/Chill/Vocal. Doesnt disappoint!

Soundz of Freedom by Bob Sinclar	Soundz of Freedom	The best summer album so far. Lots of old classic remixed & mashed. Pick it up, head to the beach & dance your trunks off!

Roll on (Feat Jenny Lewis) by Dntel	Dumb Luck	Dntel aka Dont Tell aka James Figurine aka James Scott Tamborello returns with a great follow up to 01 wonder "Life is full of posibilities"....The synths make ppl clasify his style as Electro/Indie electro, but make no mistake, most of this stuff is OldSkool Indie. Album is full of hummable tracks that one can listen & humm along to, irrespective of the mood. Album has 9 tracks. TOP 3: Roll On (Feat Jenny Lewis), Rock My Boat (Feat Mia Doi Todd)(She does a vgood job), Dreams (Feat Mystic Chords of Memory)

I Got a Woman by Martin Solveig	So Far...	Its sort of a Best Of.. by the French dj.--With hits like "Rocking Music", "Everybody", "Dalila", "Im a Good Man" (the album version is very different from the Radio edit or what i had heard in mixes) & some new gems like "I Got a Woman", "Cabo Parano" & "Dry", this album is very good. Not only do the tracks have a lot of potential to be mixed, but due to variation the album can be used as CHILL or on the dance floor.

Desperate Religion by ATB	Trilogy	The final part of André Tanneberger(ATB)'s trilogy series & it does not disappoint. Ive had it for nearly 10 days & still cant get past Disk 1 (Vocal Trance)...Afraid Disk 2 (Chill) would just pale in comparisn. 4-6 r a bit let down IMO but other 8 tracks are great. Renegade might aleardy be HUGE thnx to Ronski Speed, but there are gonna be others too. In The Dark by DJ Tiësto	Elements of Life	Despite all the flack, i maintain this album is not as strong as his earlier works, IMO that is. But when 10/12 tracks are winners, u have not done much wrong...A lot of these will be HUGE and i think atleast 5 will go down as some of Tiesto's best tracks. (T.T: "In the Dark", "Ten Seconds b4 sunrise", "Everything","Do you feel me", "Dance 4 life", "Hes a pirate", "Sweet things" "Cape Noc")

Magik by Klaxons	Myths of the Near Future	In my top 3 so far, this album is just great. ----Top Tracks: Everything on it is good, but these are the better ones for me."Magik"<- I have it as my ringtone. Annoying ppl is fun!:P... "Atlantis to Interzone" (Video's funky too - headbang till ure eyes pop :P)... "Golden Stars", "Gravity's Rainbow", "Its not over yet", "Four Horsemen of 2012", "The Bouncer" (Its on the Special Edition, Funny track), "--Also get the XANS VALLEY EP. It has a lot of great Bonus tracks not found on Special ed's or Alb

Keep Your Hands of My Girl by Good Charlotte	Good Morning Revival	I've never heard anything by them b4, but this is how Avril's album should've been..not Teeny-Boppy. Almost all songs are good, easy to remember and very very hummable. If they are any good live, it should make a great concert.------- Top Tracks: "Keep your hands of my girl", "Dance floor anthem", "All Black","March On", "Victims of Love"<---I know this sound sounds a lot like NOT GONNA GET US by T.A.T.U, but i find it cool.
