2007/9/26 Im Out!Aight, so Im out of town for the next 2-3 weeks so there wont be any updates till Eid (Mid October).
On the blog, the last time I think I did a stats update was 20th June (dont hold me to it, check the archives), when the blog was approaching 1000 page views.
At the time of writing, the total views for the pages is close to 2300! with over 300+ views in September.
Hopefully by the time I come back its will be 2000+ views this year!

Most of the comments have been rubish and show the ignorance and propoganda of the general media. Just like every previous interview, Mr Nejad carried himself with dignity & showed his 'smarts'.
I read Richrad Stern's piece in The New Republic & so far its one of the better commenteries out there. Its not rosy, but then again you dont expect it to be.

It does have some interesting features, but IMHO its a first gen device - im more looking forward to the n95(8gb). Even though this has not been confirmed as yet, the major news outlets are treating it as Breaking news and not as a rumor. My views on Chelsea and Roman are quite well known, but Jose, for all the BS he throws around, has always been a manager that I've respected. He could afford to BS as he knew he would, and always did, back his words up. Watching Chelsea play was like watching paint dry, but they have the best defensive records & have won a lot of games & points under Jose's management. The team spirit was probably second to none & you knew the players and manager were going to back each other up to the end---& they did. Terry & Lampard made it clear that a big part of them delaying contracts extensions was the uncertainty surrounding Jose's managerial future. It would be wonderful news for fans of every opposing team, but Jose would be a loss to the entire league. Hopefully we thrash Chelsea this weekend & make Abromovich rue his decision!*he does not seem to realize that Chelsea were always a shit club who only won anything because of all the money they spent & because they had one of the best managers on football. Just look at his CV & you'll go WOW!.) I'll be really interested to know who succeeds him @ Stamford bridge. 2007/9/12 Iron Man Trailer
I wrote about Iron Man a while back, well here are more deets! The movie clashes with TDK with a Summer 08 release & understandably, the studio's are marketing it strongly.
Being Directed by Jon Favreau (Best known for Swingers, but directing achievements include the Will Ferrell Staring ELF & the kids movie Zathura. - He also produced Green Street Hooligans). The movie stars Robert Downey Jr. as Tony Stark aka Iron Man. The background of Iron Man, for those who are not familiar is, Anthony Stark is a genius. At the tender age of 15 he graduates MIT as an electrical Engineer!. At the age of 21, his parents die in a car accident and he inherits Stark Industries. During the Vietnam War, Stark visits the battlefield, is captured by an Evil War-Lord & is forced to create weapons for him. Stark gets badly injured by a Shrapnel that hits him in the Heart!. Our hero, along with another prisoner (Yin-Sen, played by Shaun Toub), creates an Iron Suit that lets him breath. Not only that, it also gives him super-strength & other powers!. The suits helps him escape & as per common-sense, Tony decides to use the suit for Crime fighting!. The character was created by Stan Lee Don Heck, Larry Lieber & Jack Kirby (did a post on him a little while back, check the archives). He first appeared in Marvel's Tales Of Suspense.
Playing the female lead in the movie is Gwyenth Paltrow, *Cough*she sucks*Cough* aka Virginia 'Pepper' Potts aka Iron Man's secretary.
Jeff Bridges plays the evil Obadiah Stane. A man who manipulates Stark, taking over all his wealth & the Iron Man identity. Tony Stark becomes an alcoholic while Stane becomes more and more Paranoid over time.
Sam *mofo'ing* Jackson plays the ultimate Marvel Bad-Ass, Colonel Nick Fury
Hilary Skank (Yup, don't care much for her either!) plays a yet to be defined role.

Got a few new cd's in the mail.
Most noteably the new PVD record. The two disc edition of In Between.
Other's include records by "The Coral", "Kula Shaker", "Papercuts", "New Pornographers", "St.Vincent" and a coupla others.
Listened to a bit of Marry Me by St.Vincent (Aka Annie Clark).
The little samples have been pretty impressive.
More write-up's as and when I give them a listen properly---& I can get my lazy ass to write something! :P.
